If you’re trying to burn off fat and lose weight, cutting out fat isn’t going to do you any good. What you really need to be conscious of is how much carbohydrate foods you eat.
Although not all carbs are created equal (refined carbs like bread and pasta are bad, and whole foods like vegetable and fruits are good) you still need to be cautious... even with good carbs - especially fruits.
But sometimes when you’re out and about with your friends or family, your choice of food can be quite limited. And more often than not, your only choice is bad refined carbohydrate foods.
So today, I want to give you 3 easy tips to help you mitigate the effects of eating bad carbohydrate foods.
